Established in January 1999 by Shane Ryan Staley, publishing both limited edition hardcovers as well as full-color cover chapbooks. Staley is on board as Editor-in-Chief, managing day-to-day activities, signing new authors and artists and handling sales. In 2001 Delirium added Bob Strauss as Associate Editor, launched a brand new paperback line to coincide with their existing hardcover book line and expanded into the field of online publishing.
